Welcome to QuitLog. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuitLog mobile application and related services. By using QuitLog, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

QuitLog is designed to help users track personal habits and build streaks (e.g., quitting vaping, sugar, or starting new routines). The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Your privacy is important to us. QuitLog does not store your custom habit or streak data on external servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling, third-party services, and your rights.
Some features of QuitLog are available via in-app purchases or subscriptions, processed securely through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. We do not process or store your payment information.
You do not need to create an account to use QuitLog. However, some services (e.g., syncing across devices) may require third-party integrations in the future.
You agree not to misuse QuitLog. This includes (but is not limited to) reverse engineering, distributing unauthorized copies, interfering with the app's functionality, or using it in unlawful ways.
We may update or modify QuitLog at any time, including changes to features or functionality. We reserve the right to discontinue the app with or without notice.
QuitLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuitLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
